“We were looking for a home near the Anschutz medical campus during the winter of 2015/2016 when the available market was very small. During the process we were still living out of state and made a trip back to Denver solely to look at homes Lucy had arranged for us, however many of them weren’t exactly what we were looking for, however Lucy got a good idea of what our “dream home” was. A few weeks later she called us up and told us she had found the perfect place for us and recommended we do a tour over Facetime. We loved the house and decided to put an offer in without seeing it. She did everything possible to make sure we were able to close the deal in the current housing market (where most places are going 20% above asking price for cash).
