Meet Lucy Newill

A dynamic broker with an innate talent for real estate, Lucy Newill thrives on delivering success for her clients. Her patient and detail-oriented approach is backed by a driven attitude and passion for client success. Lucy's a steely negotiator, and she truly shines when navigating multiple offer situations, tough inspections, and other challenges that arise in the competitive front-range market. Above all else, Lucy strives to be each client's lifelong real estate partner, and she's honored to guide people through one of the most important and exciting moments of their lives.

Raised by one of the top realtors in the country, real estate is practically in Lucy's DNA. She's been exposed to the industry since birth, and her father has been an exceptional role model and educator. As the founder of Newill Kaspar Group, Lucy assists clients throughout the Metro Area, including first-time buyers, savvy investors, and sellers looking to relocate or right-size.

A Maryland native, Lucy graduated from Colorado College in 2009. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two children and husband, hiking and biking the Front Range, and heading to Breckenridge as often as possible.

Meet Kylie Kaspar

Backed by a decade of real estate experience, Denver broker Kylie Kaspar is laser-focused on leading her clients to success with first-class customer service and unbeatable market knowledge. She prioritizes client satisfaction and long-term business relationships over any single deal or sale. For Kylie, every interaction is an opportunity to build lasting rapport and deliver value. She truly connects with her buyers and sellers, educates them on each step, and acts as their trusted confidant and advisor throughout the process.

Before becoming a residential agent, Kylie formed her substantial real estate skill set through managing commercial, retail, and multi-family properties and working with one of the Midwest's top developers. She credits those roles with establishing her elite attention to detail, tenacious negotiation skills, and empathetic approach. By overseeing multimillion-dollar development projects, Kylie also gained substantial new construction expertise that's invaluable to her buyers to this day.

Kylie volunteers for RMA Children's Foundation, and in her free time, she enjoys running with her dog Jasper, seeing live music, and exploring all this beautiful state has to offer.
